Nicholle Miller
Hello, I’m Nicholle Miller, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, supporting individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain & illnesses, neurodivergence, burnout, grief, anxiety & depression, low self-esteem, and challenges in relationships and family dynamics. My path to becoming a counsellor was shaped by my own experiences with childhood trauma, CPTSD, and chronic illness. I understand firsthand how the coping strategies that once helped us survive can later become barriers to the life we want to create. I also know how powerful the right support, and the work you do between sessions—can be in creating meaningful, lasting change. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, including somatic approaches that address how trauma is held in the body. Together, we’ll find what works best for you! I’m passionate about providing representative care. As someone who is neurodivergent, I strive to create a space where you feel welcomed, understood and supported, to help you build resilience and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling!
